Return and Refund Policy

Gracelynd & Company strives to provide high-quality consulting services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may seek a partial refund for services rendered. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

• Services were not provided.
• Services were not provided as agreed upon in the consulting agreement.

To request a refund, the client must submit a written request within 30 days of the completion of the consulting services. The request should include a detailed explanation of the reasons for seeking a refund, along with any supporting documentation.

3. Evaluation Process

Upon receiving a refund request, Gracelynd & Company will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the validity of the request. This may involve reviewing project documentation, communication records, and any other relevant information.

4. Refund Approval

If the refund request is approved, Gracelynd & Company will issue a refund within 30 days from the date of approval. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable, such as initial consultation fees, administrative fees, or fees associated with specific services outlined in the consulting agreement. These non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated to the client before engaging in any consulting services.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel consulting services before completion must adhere to the terms outlined in the consulting agreement. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply.
